Terms of use

Last updated August 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and the basis on which we consider applications. They do not themselves create a membership.

Applications

  • Submitting an application is an offer to be considered. It is not a booking, a reservation, or a contract, and no fee is payable at the point of application.
  • The roster is capped at 220 members. The committee reviews applications weekly, decides at its own discretion, and does not give reasons.
  • Every applicant meets a member of the committee before a card is issued.
  • A membership begins only when we confirm it in writing and the annual fee is paid.

Fees

Annual fees are quoted on this site exclusive of taxes and may change for future membership years. Entitlements reset on the anniversary of joining, do not roll over, and guest passes are not transferable. Membership is personal to you and cannot be assigned or resold.

House rules

  • Discretion inside the club is absolute.
  • No filming or photographing other members.
  • No business conducted at another member’s expense.
  • The committee may suspend or end a membership for a serious or repeated breach.

Accuracy of this site

Photographs and plans on this site are illustrative of the house as designed. Services, opening times and entitlements may be adjusted. Availability figures shown on this site are live counts taken from our own records at the time the page is served; we do not publish invented scarcity or countdowns.

Investor enquiries

The minimum ticket for the private round is ₹25 lakh. This page is an invitation to register interest only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities, and is not a prospectus or private placement offer letter under the Companies Act, 2013. Any investment would be made only pursuant to definitive documentation.

Liability

We take reasonable care over this site but do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or free of error. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
